Accommodation regulations

The guest who rents a room undertakes at the same time to observe the Accommodation Rules. In case of their violation, the Hotel Management has the right to cancel the order.

  1. The Hotel can accommodate only a guest duly registered. The guest shall submit for these purposes to the corresponding hotel staff his/her valid identity card. The Hotel shall issue to the guest immediately after his/her arrival the Hotel Card stating the room number and the length of stay. All services are guaranteed by his/her credit card entered in the reservation system or by cash deposit in the amount of 50 EUR per room/night for incidental surcharges. The guest without a credit card guarantee is obliged to settle his/her bill upon arrival in cash and leave the cash deposit in the listed amount. In case that this rule is not accepted by guest, Reception desk has the right to withdraw oneself from the agreement due to infringement of main point of the Accomodation Rules.
  2. The Hotel provides to the guest services in the extent and of quality by the corresponding decree on categorisation and classification of accommodation and catering facilities, according to which the Hotel is classified.
  3. The guest shall identify himself/herself when entering the Hotel with the valid Hotel Card on request.
  4. The stay in the Hotel is permitted only to individuals that do not suffer from contagious diseases.
  5. The Hotel may, in special cases, offer to the guest also another type of accommodation than agreed, in case it does not differ substantially from the confirmed order, eventually arrange the accommodation in other hotel according to the equal class and category.
  6. Based on the ordered accommodation, the Hotel is obliged to accommodate the guest at the latest by 5 p.m., and until then the room is booked for the guest, unless stated otherwise in the order.
  7. In case the guest asks for prolongation of the accommodation, the Hotel may offer him/her also another room than the one he/she was initially staying in.
  8. The guest uses the room during the time agreed with the Hotel.
  9. In case the time of accommodation was not agreed in advance, the guest shall report the fact he/she is checking out at the latest by 12 a.m. of the last day and leaves the room until the same time. In case the guest does not do that in the agreed time, the Hotel may charge for accommodation for the next day.
  10. The guest that accommodates oneself before 6 a.m. in the morning shall pay the price of accommodation for the whole night before.
  11. The guest who asks for accommodation before 12 a.m. (noon), and thus it was impossible to rent the room in the night before pays accommodation also for the night before.
  12. The guest, upon moving to the room, should check in one’s own interest the condition and functioning of equipment in the room and contingent defects should be immediately announced to the reception.
  13. The guest agrees with the fact that throughout the whole period of time of renting the room the maid and the maintenance worker are entitled to enter the room for the purpose of their servicing duties.
  14. The Hotel is not responsible for money and valuables stored in the room safe neither for valuables placed in the room out of the safe. The guest shall store his valuables in the safe at the Reception.
  15. The Hotel is not liable for contingent disagreements or disputes among guests but it shall carry out necessary measures within the extent of legal possibilities, in order to secure order and peace in accommodation and catering facilities.
  16. The guest may receive visitors in the room only with approval of the receptionist, after being registered into the system.
  17. The Hotel shall provide the necessary medical assistance, or, as the case may be, transfer to a hospital in case the guest becomes ill or injured.
  18. The guest must not move the equipment, nor carry out any repairs or any interventions into phone apparatuses, radio or TV sets, hair dryers, or, as the case may be, the electrical network or any other installations.
  19. The guest is not allowed to use in the area of the Hotel or in the room one’s own electric appliances. This rule is not applicable to electric appliances that serve for the personal hygiene of the guest.
  20. The guest must not entertain oneself loudly in the room or corridors of the Hotel, listen loudly to radio or TV programmes, and is obliged to preserve night peace at the time from 10 p.m. until 6 a.m.
  21. The guest is forbidden to enter the service premises of the Hotel and the premises where food is stored and meals and drinks are prepared.
  22. For security reasons it is not permitted to leave children younger than 10 without any supervision of adults in the room, on corridors, in the lift and in other social premises of the Hotel.
  23. Accommodation of pets is allowed only under the precondition their owner would prove their state of health is unobjectionable and shall observe during their stay all veterinary and hygienic regulations. The Hotel Management has to approve the stay of pets. Animals are forbidden to enter or stay in such premises where food is stored and meals and drinks are prepared or served. Each dog needs to have a muzzle and has to be on a leash in all public premises of the Hotel. It is not permitted to leave animals in hotel premises, including the hotel room, without supervision of the accommodated guest, owner or accompanying person. The animals must not rest or lie on a bed or any other equipment that serves the guest for resting. It is not allowed to use the bathtub, shower or washbasin for bathing or washing of animals. It is not possible to use the inventory for feeding the animals that serves for preparation or for serving meals to guests. The individual accompanying the animal is responsible for observing the night peace from 10 p.m. until 6 a.m. and is liable for all damage of the Hotel property caused by the animal. Price for accommodation of animals is determined pursuant to the valid price list of the Hotel.
  24. The guest is entitled to use all equipment in the rented room and in social premises.
  25. The guest is liable for any damage to the Hotel property, in accordance with valid legal regulations.
  26. The guest is obliged, before leaving the room, to close all water mains, switch off all electric appliances and lighting of the room, close the windows, and close the door after leaving the room.
  27. The guest usually pays the account upon his/her departure. In case of a stay exceeding the amount of 1000€, the Hotel may ask for a partial advance payment. Accounts are due immediately when submitted. At departure the guest will return the hotel card with hotel keys to the staff at the Reception.
  28. When checking out of the accommodation facility the guest will show the receptionist a document proving payment of all fees for provided services and returning the borrowed subjects. The guest is obliged to pay for accommodation and other services for prices, in accordance with the valid price list.
  29. Claims of guests, or, as the case may be, contingent proposals for improvement of the Hotel activities, are delivered to the person in charge or to the Hotel Management.
  30. The guest is obliged to observe provisions of these Accommodation Rules from the moment the room has been rented to him/her. In case of material violation of the Rules, the Hotel Management has the right to withdraw oneself from the agreement on providing accommodation services even earlier, before the agreed period of time expires.

These Accommodation Rules are located on visible places in rooms and at the Hotel Reception.
